3. No Direct Supplier Contact

• Buyers do not directly contact manufacturers through Shopovia

• All communication is handled by Shopovia’s export team

• This ensures confidentiality, accuracy, and quality control

4. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are indicative unless confirmed in writing

• Prices may vary based on quantity, specifications, customization, and logistics

• Final pricing is confirmed before order execution

5. Samples & Orders

• Samples may be offered where applicable

• Bulk orders proceed only after buyer approval

• Lead times and delivery schedules are communicated clearly

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, and visuals belong to Shopovia and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shopovia acts as an export facilitation and sourcing platform. While we make reasonable efforts to verify suppliers, manage quality, and coordinate export processes, we do not guarantee supplier performance, product suitability, or uninterrupted service. Shopovia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from transactions, delays, customs procedures, force majeure events, or third-party service providers.

8. Supplier Approval & Participation

Supplier partnership applications are reviewed internally by Shopovia. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, onboarding, or order allocation. Shopovia reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate supplier participation at its sole discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
